First of all: the one star is for the service, friendly and competent you should have earned 5 stars. However, a restaurant is not just about service ... The second star is for the schnitzel ... they were probably good too ... At least my companions confirmed that .. However, I didn't have a schnitzel, but an onion soup as a starter and the rump steak as the main course- ordered medium rare, with a bit more in the real rare. The onion soup was so sweet that adding salt and pepper three times was useless, and the rump steak ... honestly .. it was completely raw inside. Don't get me wrong, I like it really bloody when the meat quality is right ... but that was not the case here. The chips were also almost raw in the middle, at least the few that were on the plate ... actually unbelievable. All in all, even I as a hobby cook wouldn't have sent this to my guests ... I personally hope that the cook just had a bad day today and steaks look otherwise ... I wouldn't try it a second time ...

By chance, in transit, thanks to Google landed there. An incredible lucky winner! Excellent food, moderate prices, a pleasant dining room, attentive service. A real insider tip (for us as a stranger anyway ...) Absolutely try it!

The Local is easy to reach! The convenient transport links makes a jaunt there promptly feasible. The staff worked fast, clean and nice. The place has real potential to become my new hangout. Something I can really recommend is the desserts. We were both here for the third time and tested a pinch of new things with each visit.

Simply furnished. Owner looks a bit dingy, but is very friendly. Cutlets are very tasty and not greasy. Tasty salad and sauce (served separately). Recommended! Excellent value for money.

Just great! Very tasty food, large portions, nice service and all for a decent price. It's a shame that we don't live closer to it.
